Our Story
For generations, the Pepper family has excelled in the butcher business and all things Beef. Jimmy P’s Charred continues this tradition by specializing in the finest cuts of wagyu beef and burgers available. It is our mission to carry the highest quality meats and ingredients available to meet the expectations of our customers and preserve the reputation the Pepper family has built in Southwest Florida for 30 years. Only the finest steaks, burgers and house made deli meats are used from our local butcher shops.
Jimmy P’s Butcher Shop and Deli is a family owned and operated business specializing in Wagyu beef, Heritage Berkshire Pork, Poultry, Lamb, Veal and Exotic Game Meats. Jimmy P’s has two on-site smokehouses where our team of butchers produce signature deli meats, baby back ribs, beef jerky, smoked sausages and many other gourmet items.

Jimmy P’s very own butcher shops supply our restaurants with superior quality meats. Jimmy P’s Butcher Shop & Deli was established in 2002 and has served Southwest Florida for over 18 years. Jimmy P’s has built their reputation by carrying products of the highest quality delivered to their customers with impeccable service. Charred Restaurant
Jimmy P’s Charred originated in 2015, adjacent to Jimmy P’s Butcher Shop & Deli. Charred is an 80 seat restaurant known for its high quality steaks, upbeat atmosphere and unsurpassed professional service staff. Charred opened it’s second location in Bonita Springs in 2019. Both locations use only the highest quality Wagyu and specialty cuts from our local butcher shops. With the chef’s creativity and Jimmy P’s superior quality meats, we hope your dining experience at Charred exceeds your expectations as the best steak you have ever tasted.
